The Elgin Community College women's basketball team suffered a loss in the Region 4 Quarterfinals to end their 2025-26 campaign.

ECC finishes their season with a 12-19 overall record and 5-9 showing in the Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference.

Twelve wins marks the most season victories that the program has achieved since 2019.
