Grayslake and Des Plaines, Ill. - The Elgin Community College women's basketball team suffered two losses on the road this week.

The Spartans move to 11-15 overall and 4-6 in Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference (ISCC play).

Feb. 3: Elgin 60, Lake County 89

Team leaders included Alisea Doan in points (15), Mazaiah Marc in rebounds (six), Tori Ruffin in blocks (one) and Marc and Ruffin in assists (three).

Feb. 5: Elgin 73, Oakton 106

Marc had a big game with 23 points as Christiana Glover grabbed a team-high seven rebounds. Ruffin registered her 35th block of the season in the contest.

The Spartans return to action for a road game at McHenry on Feb. 10. Tip-off is slated for 5:15 p.m.
