Chicago, Ill., Nov. 23, 2021 - The Elgin Community College women's basketball team fell 66-44 to Olive-Harvey on Tuesday night.
The Spartans move to 1-4 as the Panthers improve to 4-1.
Jessie Dumoulin led the team with 20 points and eight rebounds. Ariann Franco and Alyssa Santiago each tallied two assists and two steals.
Elgin had the game tied up at 14-14 to wrap the first quarter, but were unable to connect shots in the second as they trailed 29-21 entering halftime.
Olive-Harvey continued its offensive push in the second half as Elgin fell 66-44.
The Spartans travel to Wilber Wright for a game on Dec. 2.
