Men's Basketball Drops at Kishwaukee

Malta, Ill. — The Elgin Community College men's basketball team suffered an 82–66 loss to Kishwaukee on Wednesday night.

The Spartans move to 6-7 in their overall season.

Davee Flowers led Elgin with a game-high 24 points, including six threes, 10 rebounds, eight assists, and five steals.

Maddox Hollian added eight points and six rebounds, while Immanuel Brown chipped in six points. Off the bench, Unique Shaw scored 12 points on four made three-pointers while adding four assists and two steals. Joshua Hamilton contributed four points and three rebounds in his first game of the season.

ECC connected on 16 three-pointers, and forced 20 Kishwaukee turnovers and recorded 14 steals as a team.

The Spartans return to action on Jan. 6 for conference play. First game is at Prairie State with tip-off slated for 7:15 p.m.
