Palos Hills, Ill., Sept. 1, 2021 - The Elgin Community College volleyball team competed in its first Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference match on Wednesday.

The Spartans dip to 0-7 on the season after being bested by the Cyclones.

Elgin fell to Moraine Valley 25-10, 25-11 and 25-13 in three sets.

The Spartans continue on the road to face McHenry on Sept. 8 at 6 p.m.
