Rockford, Ill. - The Elgin Community College women's soccer team fell 6-0 to Rock Valley on Saturday afternoon.

The Spartans move to 0-2 overall as the Eagles improve to 6-1.

ECC played one woman short, but still managed to register seven shots, including six on goal, throughout the match.

Rock Valley scored all of its goals in the first half as Elgin was able to hold them scoreless in the second.

The Spartans host Black Hawk College on Monday at 4 p.m.
