Elgin, Ill. - The Elgin Community College women's soccer team fell 4-0 to Morton on Wednesday night.

The Spartans move to 0-1 overall and in Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference (ISCC) competion as the Panthers improve to 1-1 and 1-0 in the conference.

ECC fought hard as they were down three to four players the entire match.

Kylie Brazill tallied two shots with Mia Kraft registering one.

Joana Mercado recorded 20 saves from the box, just one shy of her career-best.

The Spartans travel to face Rock Valley on Saturday, Sept. 17 at noon.
