Sugar Grove, Ill. - The Elgin Community College men's soccer team remains unbeaten through six games after a 5-1 victory over Waubonsee on Tuesday.

The Spartans improve to 5-1-1 overall and 2-0-1 in Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference (ISCC) play.

Adrian Diaz led the team with two goals and two assists. Gabriel Arias, Christian Escobedo and Atlai Gutierrez scored the other three goals and Vinnie Aguirre registered an assist.

Maksym Kharchenko earned the win in goal.

Elgin hosts Carl Sandburg on Thursday at 2 p.m.
