Palos Hills, Ill. - The Elgin Community men's soccer team was narrowly edged 3-2 by Moraine Valley on Tuesday.

The Spartans move to 3-7-1 overall and 2-4 in Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference (ISCC) while the Cyclones improve to 6-4-2 and 3-4.

ECC continues its game with Waubonsee from Sept. 20. The Chiefs have a 4-1 advantage with 38:29 remaining in the second half.
