Des Plaines, Ill., Sept. 28, 2021 - The Elgin Community College men's soccer team earned its third Illinois Skyway College Conference (ISCC) win of the season with a 4-2 victory over Oakton.

The Spartans move to 4-5 with the win.

The four goals came from four different players, including Josh Madsen, Cesar Palmores, Matt Polovin and Jose Banuelos.

Kobe Frenette assisted Madsen's goal, Cameron Kruk dealt the ball to Palmores and Carlos Ibarra earned two assists with Polovin and Banuelos' points.

Banuelos, Madsen and Palmores tallied three shots, Uriel Carachure, Frenette and Ibarra recorded two and Michael Rubio and Kruk registered one apiece.

Harvey Partida recorded four saves on the day.

Next up for the Spartans is a trip to Joliet for a game on Saturday at 2 p.m.
