Sugar Grove, Ill., Sept. 14, 2021 - The Elgin Community College men's soccer team suffered a 5-0 loss to Waubonsee on Wednesday night.

The Spartans dip to 1-4 as the Chiefs improcve to 5-3.

Elgin held Waubonsee to one goal in the first half, coming early in the 11th minute. But the Chiefs found its offensive rhythm late in the second, with goals coming in the 63rd, 68th, 82nd and 87th minutes.

ECC hosts Kishwaukee on Saturday at noon.
