Mundelein, Ill., Sept. 1, 2021 - The Elgin Community College men's golf team finished fourth at Lake County's Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference (ISCC) Invite on Wednesday.

Jack Charles, Brendan Gilbert, Brandon Jakl and Payton Yee combined for a 383.

Yee led the group after shooting an 84 on the day to finish sixth out of 21 golfers.

Gilbert made his collegiate debut with an 89. Jakl shot a 97 with Charles wrapping up the group with a 113.

The Spartans host the Elgin ISCC Invite on Sept. 8 at noon.
