Elgin, Ill. - Elgin Community College hosted the first Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference (ISCC) Annual Awards Banquet in three years on June 9.
The day consisted of meetings between the Board of Presidents and the Board of Control Executive Team followed by an Awards Luncheon.
Award categories included Coach of the Year, Dick Durrant honorees, Dave Rowlands All Sport Award and new Hall of Fame inductees.
Sophomore baseball player Sam Bonick was one of 14 student-athletes to earn the Dick Durrant award for maintaining a 4.0 GPA with 48 or more credit hours.
Former Associate Vice President of Student Services and Development Dr. Gregory Robinson was inducted into the Hall of Fame for his administrative support of ISCC athletics during his eight years at ECC.
